Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the AndalAmma website. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Campaign Participation

• Each campaign has a fixed number of slots. Payment confirms your participation.
• A single draw winner is selected randomly and fairly from all confirmed participants.
• All participants — including non-winners — receive a store voucher equal to their entry fee.
• Participation fees are non-refundable once a campaign draw is conducted.
• Maximum slots per campaign per user are as specified on the campaign page.

2. Vouchers

• Vouchers are issued after a campaign draw is published.
• Vouchers are valid for 365 days from issuance and can only be used once.
• Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used across multiple orders.

3. Store Purchases

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure or stock unavailability.

4. User Accounts

• One account per mobile number is permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. AndalAmma does not store any card or bank details.

6. Limitation of Liability

AndalAmma is not liable for delays or failures caused by external events beyond our reasonable control including payment gateway downtime, logistics delays, or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
