Refund Policy

Campaign Entry Fees

Campaign entry fees are non-refundable once the campaign draw has been conducted. However, every participant is guaranteed to receive a store voucher equal to the entry fee paid — ensuring no one goes away empty-handed.

If a campaign is cancelled by AndalAmma before the draw, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Store Orders
  • Damaged / Wrong item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Order not delivered: If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate and refund if the package is confirmed lost.
  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days.
How to Raise a Refund Request

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. For damaged items, attach clear photos.
  4. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, netbanking, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
